As Chief Financial Officer of Incap, Antti Pynnönen plays an important role in supporting the company’s continued growth and international development. Having joined Incap in 2019, he has been closely involved in the company’s growth journey and helps ensure that Incap remains well positioned for both organic expansion and future acquisitions through his strong background in finance, business controlling, and strategic management.

Antti’s career began at the Turku School of Economics, where he studied finance, marketing, and business law. After graduating, he started out as a Financial Advisor at Nordea before moving into finance and controlling roles at ABB and later Wärtsilä. Over the course of more than a decade, he gained extensive experience in financial leadership, eventually serving as Director Business Control and supporting large international operations across different markets and business environments.

Today, Antti’s responsibilities at Incap extend far beyond traditional financial reporting. His work includes treasury and financing activities, capital structure management, risk management, and supporting acquisition projects, from due diligence processes to post-acquisition integrations. Together with his colleagues, he helps create the financial framework that enables Incap’s growth ambitions around the world.

Away from the office, Antti enjoys staying active and maintaining a healthy balance between professional and personal life. A passionate tennis player, he regularly competes in tournaments and has played at a high level for many years. He also enjoys reading and spending time at his summer house by the Finnish coast, where nature, the sea, and a traditional Finnish sauna provide the perfect setting to unwind and recharge.
