Quick response and delivery
Typical Fast Track build time: 3 to 7 working days
Requirements can be quoted and procured directly from the bill of materials, helping urgent projects move forward without unnecessary delays.
The team can work with free-issued parts, consigned material, or full procurement, supported by dedicated material storage and controlled documentation handling. This creates a more direct route from requirement to delivery while maintaining process control.
Engineering-led from quote to build
Fast Track is supported by an engineering-led team that follows the project from quotation and procurement through assembly and test. This helps maintain quality while also providing DFM and DfT feedback that can improve manufacturability, efficiency, and cost control early in the process.
Where required, DFM and DfT analysis reports can be provided, and volume production processes are replicated within the Fast Track line to help confirm that the project remains viable if it later moves into full production.
Assembly, inspection, and test in one rapid-build flow
Fast Track supports a range of assembly, inspection, and test activities depending on the application, including PCB assembly, cable and unit assembly, and production-relevant verification steps. It can also support complex multi-layer PCB assemblies where fast turnaround is needed without compromising build control.
This makes Fast Track more than a quick prototype route. It provides a faster and more production-relevant path for urgent projects that still need accurate assembly, inspection, and engineering oversight.
