With strong engineering expertise, particularly in embedded systems and product development, the site combines PCB assembly, cable production and system-level integration, enabling product industrialisation from concept through to fully assembled products ready for dispatch.

In addition to manufacturing, Karlsfeld provides integrated logistics and connectivity solutions, including the sourcing and distribution of components, supporting efficient supply chain management and production continuity.

The Glinde site has over 25 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, providing integrated EMS solutions across development, prototyping and series production. It is designed for high-mix, medium-volume manufacturing.

The facility supports demanding industrial applications and benefits from its proximity to major customers such as Lufthansa Technik and Airbus, enabling close collaboration and fast response to customer requirements.

With a high level of vertical integration, Glinde combines PCB assembly, box build and system-level production with advanced manufacturing processes including SMD, 3D AOI and selective soldering, supporting the product lifecycle from early-stage development to after-sales services.
