From 2022 the site focused on reducing its environmental impact by offsetting CO₂ emissions and minimising unnecessary plastic use. In 2024 a first photovoltaic system was installed on the production hall; the installation proved effective and was expanded in 2025. From 2026 the site sources 100% renewable electricity.
Alongside the environmental programme, the site invests in its team: a student internship programme, support for a local robotics group, employee training, gym access and private medical cover, and an annual half marathon.
