Let’s meet our interns at Incap Estonia! Jürgen Truu is an intern at our Kuressaare factory. He is currently studying production and production management at TTK University of Applied Sciences (Tallinna Tehnikakõrgkool). In fact – this is Jürgen’s second year of internship at Incap.
Since Jürgen is from Saaremaa and he has always been interested in electronics, Incap was a great choice for him. In addition, he had heard that Incap’s factory in Kuressaare welcomes new interns with open hands.
Jürgen is currently working on improving the layout of our Kuressaare factory. The production volumes are increasing and changes need to be made to make our work as efficient as possible. “What I like most about Incap is that I can work with solving real problems. At school we get more theoretical knowledge, but here I can really put myself to the test by solving real problems. In addition, the working environment here is excellent and therefore newcomers adapt quickly,” said Jürgen.
During his internship, Jürgen has learned a lot about what happens in a manufacturing facility. He says that he has understood the meaning of production management, various failures and their impact on the entire supply chain. In addition, he has realised that he chose the right field of study and hopes to continue working in the field of electronics in the future.
“I definitely recommend others to have an internship at Incap, because the experience is simply amazing, and the knowledge you gain and acquaintances you make are useful for the rest of your life,” added Jürgen.
