Incap US kicks off summer with team picnic at Kennywood

The Incap US team recently marked the start of summer with its first off-site company picnic, held at the Kennywood amusement park near Pittsburgh. The event brought together around 160 people, including employees and their families, for a day of relaxation and fun.

A reserved pavilion inside the park served as the group’s meeting point, where attendees could catch up with colleagues and enjoy a classic picnic-style lunch. The menu included favourites such as hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders, mac and cheese, fresh fruit, and ice cream. A henna tattoo artist was also on site, offering designs throughout the afternoon.

Throughout the day, many employees and their guests explored the park together, enjoying the rides and attractions in small groups. Thanks to an unexpectedly sunny forecast and lower visitor numbers, the team made the most of shorter queues and good weather until the park closed.

The feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive. The picnic offered a welcome opportunity to spend time together in a different setting, build stronger connections, and enjoy time with family and colleagues.
