Supporting growth: Incap Slovakia's summer internship program
We are proud at Incap to contribute to the offspring who will lead our electronics in the future. That’s why we were happy to mentor 11 students at Incap Slovakia this summer who contributed their summer period to both the company’s operational excellence and their personal career advancement.
According to Incap Slovakia’s HR manager Maria Kecerova, these students come from various schools and study different subjects. Fields of study encompass informatics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, environment, financial management, and economics. This diverse mix of knowledge sources enriches the work environment.
“Observing these students’ genuine commitment is truly inspiring,” Maria remarked. “Whether they’re dedicating a few months or embarking on extended placements, their collective aim revolves around making the most of their vacations by acquiring hands-on work experience and reaping financial rewards. A case in point is Klara, one of the interns, who’s channelling her earnings towards obtaining her driver’s licence.”
The roles undertaken by these interns span production and warehouse domains. Their responsibilities include fundamental production tasks and logistical support during the company’s warehouse relocation.
Beyond the professional aspect, the internship program garners praise for its conducive and encouraging work environment. Sara, one of the interns, said, “I think everyone should try this. My team leader is awesome, and my team is great.”
Incap Slovakia values teamwork and mutual learning. As we progress, this internship program demonstrates our dedication to helping these young talents flourish and become part of our promising future.
