As the Program Management Assistant, Kim plays a crucial role in supporting our Program Managers in their daily tasks. With her diverse skill set and extensive experience, she is our go-to person for almost all departments, truly embodying the spirit of a “Jack of All Trades.”
Kim’s journey with Incap began over 21 years ago when she started her career at Incap US, formerly known as Pennatronics, as a receptionist. Throughout the years, she took on additional responsibilities, such as Office Manager and assisting Accounting and Program Management. It was during this time that Kim discovered her passion for Program Management, where she found her true calling.
What Kim loves the most about working at Incap is the vibrant and engaging social media platforms and the fun atmosphere that permeates the company. She feels that Incap truly rocks!
Outside of work, Kim is an animal lover with two beautiful dogs, Jax and Gemma, and a black cat named Precious, whom she considers her children. She enjoys travelling and immersing herself in new customs. Kim is a huge Disney fan, and she’s had the joy of visiting both Disney Parks in the US. With an outgoing personality and a penchant for silliness, Kim knows how to have fun and create a lively environment wherever she goes.
