We are thrilled to introduce Julie Klorczyk, the core of our HR department at Incap US! As the HR manager, Julie plays a central role in nurturing our workplace culture, overseeing employee matters, and making sure we follow labour laws and rules.
Julie’s education reflects her strong dedication to HR. She earned a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a Master’s in Business Administration from California University of Pennsylvania (now called Pennsylvania Western University). Her commitment to professional growth is evident through her aPHR certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). She is currently pursuing her PHR certification, demonstrating her ongoing dedication to excellence in HR.
Julie is an active member of two prominent HR professional organisations: the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Pittsburgh Human Resources Association (PHRA). These affiliations underscore her passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Julie’s path to her current role at Incap US was unexpected. She initially didn’t consider HR as a career but discovered its rewards while working as an Office Manager at an accounting firm. Her sincere care for employees and the company’s success made her realise HR was her true calling. She took a chance and applied for an HR Administrator position at Incap US, which eventually led to her current role as HR Manager, where she has been a vital part of our team for eight years.
As our Human Resources Manager, Julie shoulders a multitude of responsibilities. She oversees benefits administration, payroll management, recruitment, performance evaluations, employee leave management, and handles employee concerns, investigations, and corrective actions. Her meticulous approach ensures that we remain compliant with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
What Julie values most during her time at Incap US is the amazing people she works alongside. She takes great joy in the varied group of employees, each with their own backgrounds, interests, and personalities. Connecting and getting to know every employee has been a rewarding experience for Julie.
Outside of her professional life, Julie is a devoted family person, cherishing moments spent with her loved ones. She’s a DIY enthusiast who has transformed her house into a masterpiece through her home improvement projects over the last five years. Julie’s love for animals, particularly dogs, is evident, and she’s also a passionate traveller who eagerly explores new places and experiences. A dedicated Pittsburgh Penguins hockey fan, Julie follows their games closely. Her eclectic taste in music reflects her vibrant personality, and she generously dedicates her time to volunteering at her church’s food bank distribution and an annual fundraiser for a local hospital supporting breast cancer treatment and detection advancements.
