Manufacturing Engineering & Systems Specialist (m/f/d)
Location: Glinde, Germany | Full-time | Immediate start
Incap Montronic GmbH, based in Glinde near Hamburg, has been providing electronics manufacturing services (EMS) since its establishment in 1992. The company specialises in PCB assembly, control cabinet manufacturing, assembly and testing of electronic components and systems. Through continuous growth, Incap Montronic has developed into a service provider with approximately 60 skilled employees, dedicated to delivering sophisticated, customer-focused solutions.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or a related technical field, or an equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Interest in using digital solutions and improving processes
- Confidence working with data and good MS Excel skills (experience with ERP systems is an advantage)
- Ability to work independently, with a structured and solution-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good command of German and English
Your Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining component data, bills of materials (BOMs), process information and customer data relevant to manufacturing in our ERP system
- Providing technical support for customer projects in close collaboration with production and sales teams
- Reviewing orders from a technical perspective and supporting cost calculations
- Preparing and continuously improving manufacturing documentation for production
- Contributing to digitalisation projects by identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting the implementation of new tools and processes
