Incap Montronic GmbH, based in Glinde near Hamburg, has been providing electronics manufacturing services (EMS) since its establishment in 1992. The company specialises in PCB assembly, control cabinet manufacturing, assembly and testing of electronic components and systems. Through continuous growth, Incap Montronic has developed into a service provider with approximately 60 skilled employees, dedicated to delivering sophisticated, customer-focused solutions.
What We Offer
- A 3-year apprenticeship in industrial management, with the possibility of shortening it to 2.5 years

- A particular focus on production planning and control during the practical training

- Classroom-based vocational training at a vocational school
Your Profile
- Good secondary school qualifications (Mittlere Reife, Fachhochschulreife or equivalent)
- Strong skills in mathematics and German; good knowledge of physics is an advantage
- Interest in technical processes and business operations
- Experience using MS Office applications
- Motivation, eagerness to learn, reliability and enthusiasm for challenging tasks
- Ability to work independently
