AOI Programming & Inspection Specialist (m/f/d)
Location: Glinde, Germany | Full-time | Immediate start
Incap Montronic GmbH, based in Glinde near Hamburg, has been providing electronics manufacturing services (EMS) since its establishment in 1992. The company specialises in PCB assembly, control cabinet manufacturing, assembly and testing of electronic components and systems. Through continuous growth, Incap Montronic has developed into a service provider with approximately 60 skilled employees, dedicated to delivering sophisticated, customer-focused solutions.
Your Profile
- Knowledge of AOI programming, SMD components and basic IPC standards
- Experience with SMD pick-and-place machines and reflow soldering processes is an advantage
- Good soldering skills
- Confidence working with measurements and coordinates
- Strong organisational skills and a structured approach to work
- Willingness to work shifts
- Good computer skills
Your Responsibilities
- Operating and programming inspection equipment (particularly AOI systems), pick-and-place machines and soldering equipment
- Documenting inspection results
- Repairing electronic assemblies
- Setting up and preparing machines and component magazines for production
- Performing additional manual component placement
- Picking and preparing materials for production orders
- Conducting quality inspections to monitor production processes
- Taking on additional responsibilities based on your skills and experience
