Meet the team: Sunil Kumar B.N. from Incap India

Let’s meet one of our team members from Incap India! Sunil Kumar is our Deputy Test Engineering Manager at Incap’s factories in India.

We are excited to introduce our team members from different factories and this time we are introducing Sunil from India! He is responsible for taking care of tester related issues and resolving the day-to-day variations.

Sunil has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and communication from Visvesvaraya Technological University, and he also studied in Siddaganga Institute of Technology Tumkur College. “After my studies I checked many company profiles and was eagerly waiting to start my career in the electronics sector. That is when I found Incap. It seemed like the best option, and in addition, it was located in my hometown,” said Sunil. He started his career at Incap right after receiving his degree and has been part of the Incap India team for 14 years already.

As a Deputy Test Engineering Manager, Sunil is responsible for testing and validation of new products and providing a testing facility for new products. He is in direct communication with customers related to product testing. Moreover, Sunil is responsible for ECN implementation, which is released directly from customers. Sunil is a great asset to our team. He has initiated and executed tester development activity successfully, without depending on outsourcing, which the customer appreciated.

In his free time, Sunil is very keen and enthusiastic to spend time with his family and friends. “I also utilise my free time in agriculture, as I think it should be equally handled along with my profession, since if we serve nature, it gives back a nourishing future to our descendants,” he added.
