INCAP ESTONIA

Every year, Incap Estonia offers internships in electronics manufacturing services to young people who want to connect their future with engineering and gain hands-on experience in a real-world industrial setting. Interns gain valuable insights into the manufacturing processes, quality control, and engineering techniques involved in electronics production. The success stories of former interns who transitioned into permanent roles within the company highlight the effectiveness of this initiative in fostering the next generation of skilled professionals in the field.

INCAP INDIA

Incap India’s apprenticeship programs are meticulously designed to provide hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, allowing trainees to work with cutting-edge technologies and gain invaluable insights into the industry. In India, Incap has two apprenticeship programs every year and 30-40 trainees have the opportunity to participate in each program. Incap provides on-the-job training, theory and practical classes. We have a dedicated training personnel and training center and Incap covers all the exam fees.

INCAP UK

In the UK, Incap offers apprenticeship opportunities and provides on-the-job training and full induction. Incap recruits apprentices each year to undertake a four-year workplace and college-based programme in general/electronic engineering practices covering all aspects of Electronics Manufacturing. During the programme, students attend Newcastle College on a day-release basis. Successful completion of the programme enables them to achieve technician level. Students who wish to continue to higher education are given the opportunity to study for a further two years.

INCAP SLOVAKIA

In Slovakia, Incap is involved with a program named Dual Education System, which is supported by the Slovakian government. Incap cooperates with the Secondary industrial school in Tvrdošín in the field of mechatronics and electrical engineering. Every year, Incap partners with up to two pupils, giving them financial assistance, an apprenticeship position and a job after graduation. In this way, the pupils are a member of the Incap staff during their studies and have the option to be educated for a profession in real production conditions. Pupils have the opportunity to have their own income during their high school studies and get job security after graduation.

INCAP US

Incap US offers internships each summer to college students studying Engineering. Students are given the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real-world projects within the Incap US facility and learn from our experienced Engineers. Incap US also offers co-op opportunities year-round for Engineering students to work part-time during the school semester in order to become more familiar with the electronics manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience in their field of study.

Trainee Engineer

William is currently an engineering technician, training to become and engineer in Incap UK. He assists in the maintenance of our surface mount equipment and generating production programmes for them. Before becoming a trainee engineer, William was an apprentice and spent most of his time moving between all the various areas and performing a wide variety of different jobs and tasks. “The team and the atmosphere of the company are second to none and the variation in the work I do is what I like about my work,” says William

Sudha takes care of planning and execution of different projects at the Tumkur unit. She is responsible for ensuring on time deliveries and customer satisfaction. Sudha likes the lean hierarchy, fast decision making, and transparency within the functions. “I interact with 3 different clients and have the freedom of decision making pertaining to a few of the key areas. This helps in fulfilling our customer commitments on time because for everyone, time to market is the most valuable thing!” says Sudha. “Incap is an equal opportunity employer and this is reflected in every aspect of work here.”

Oscar joined Incap only a few years ago as an intern, and today, he is leading our team of engineers in our Kuressaare factory and makes sure that the coolest prototypes become the most innovative and smart products in the electronics sector. “We create innovative products with state-of-the-art technology, thus helping the customer and his business to grow. The people who work for us have many in-house development opportunities, which will definitely be useful in the future when working in another field,” says Oscar.
