Supporting the community
At Incap India we deeply value our role in the community and continuously seek ways to positively impact those around us. We participate in various community initiatives, showcasing our dedication to societal well-being and progress. Recently we contributed to the well-being of local people through a corporate social responsibility initiative. With the purpose of supporting the community, 46,000 euros were invested to establish a proper building for the local residents for the primary health centre and library.

We are deeply committed to ensuring the well-being, safety, and overall satisfaction of our employees. One example is our annual celebration of National Safety Day/Week/Month, during which we hold safety quizzes and drawing competitions, but also informational sessions to reinforce the significance of workplace safety.

During this year’s celebration of International Women’s Day the theme of the day was “Innovation and Technology for Gender Equality” and we had some fantastic talks by experts.
