Top esports teams join Incap’s global initiative to inspire future tech talent
On Saturday, 10 May, global electronics manufacturer Incap Corporation will launch the international esports tournament ‘Incap Legends’, bringing together students from across the globe, electronics industry professionals, and some of the world’s top esports teams on a single virtual stage. The live broadcast will begin at 12:00 EEST on Incap’s YouTube channel.
According to Otto Pukk, the tournament’s initiator and President and CEO of Incap Corporation, the goal of the initiative is to spark young people’s interest in careers in technology and engineering. “It’s important to look to the future and meet young people where they are. Esports is a fast-paced, strategic, and collaborative form of competition that helps develop skills essential in both engineering and electronics manufacturing. ‘Incap Legends’ is our way of reaching young talent and building a bridge from gaming to the technology sector,” Pukk explained.
The tournament will feature more than 30 three-player teams, over 100 players in total, including some of the most renowned professional squads in esports. Among them are FaZe Clan from the US, widely regarded as one of the most successful and recognisable esports organisations globally, and one of the most decorated Call of Duty teams in history. Joining them is Natus Vincere (NAVI) from Ukraine, a legendary name in Counter-Strike and with a strong presence in Apex Legends. Alliance from Sweden is known for its smart rotations, zone control, and consistent performance, making them one of the most respected and feared teams in the ALGS series. In addition to these elite teams, student squads from various countries will also take part. Incap will be represented by team b0ssbAttle, which includes the company’s President and CEO, Otto Pukk. All teams will compete in Apex Legends, a fast-paced, team-based battle royale game.
The tournament is organised in collaboration with Newcastle and Stafford Colleges Group (NSCG), a leading general further education college in Staffordshire, UK. Known for its strong esports programme, experienced specialists, and state-of-the-art facilities, NSCG has a proven track record of delivering professional-level esports competitions. As a trusted partner, the college brings the expertise needed to deliver a high-quality and engaging tournament. Additional support comes from students at Tallinn Secondary School No. 32 (Tallinna 32. Keskkool) in Estonia.
The ‘Incap Legends’ tournament is part of Incap’s broader initiative to highlight the opportunities the tech industry offers to the next generation. For players, it provides experience in a professional international tournament setting, and for audiences, a front-row seat to the modern world of competitive gaming. The total prize pool is €5,000.
The event is fully virtual and can be watched live on Incap’s YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/c/IncapCorporation.
