Incap’s Annual and Sustainability Report 2025 published

Incap Group’s Annual and Sustainability Report for 2025 has today been published in Finnish and in English in pdf format. The report includes the Report of the Board of Directors, including the Sustainability Statement, as well as the Financial Statements for the financial period 1 January–31 December 2025.

Incap publishes the financial statements in XHTML format in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. In line with the ESEF requirements, the consolidated financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The audit firm PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on Incap’s ESEF Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000 (Revised).

The Sustainability Statement, published as part of the Report of the Board of Directors, is prepared in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy has provided a limited assurance report, using the ESRS Standards and the requirements of the delegated acts of the Taxonomy Regulation as criteria.

Incap has also published Report on Corporate Governance 2025 and Remuneration Report 2025 as separate reports.
