Panasonic highlights Incap UK in new case study on advanced SMT machinery
Incap UK’s recent upgrade to advanced Panasonic SMT machinery has been featured in a new case study by Panasonic. The investment, first discussed in July, showcases our commitment to enhancing operational efficiency, production quality, and sustainability.
Jamie Maughan, Managing Director of Incap UK, commented on the development: “This investment improves our SMT operational efficiency, production quality, and site technology. Additionally, it allows for energy savings through real-time intelligent machine monitoring, helping us better serve our current and future customers.”
Panasonic’s case study highlights the success of this collaboration, particularly focusing on the newly installed AM100 placement machines and NPM-GP/L solder screen printer, which have increased production capacity by 33%. The advanced technology has led to faster setup times, optimised material control, and improved overall efficiency, while also reducing the environmental impact.
This recognition from Panasonic highlights the importance of this investment and strengthens our partnership. A second production line is set to be upgraded later this year, reinforcing Incap UK’s capabilities in electronics manufacturing.
