Incap Corporation Press release
10 February 2011 at 12.30 p.m.

Incap has signed an agreement for membership in the Cleantech Finland network.
Cleantech Finland is a global network for Finnish companies providing ecological
solutions and technology, coordinated by Finpro.

The interest of the industry and consumers in environmental issues is constantly
increasing, and energy efficiency and the related technical solutions are also
strongly visible in Incap's strategy. Hannele Pöllä, Director of Communications
at Incap group, says: "Membership in the Cleantech Finland network fits Incap's
operations quite naturally, as manufacturing services for equipment in energy
efficiency and environmental technologies are our strategic focus area. We
believe that the demand for products in this field will grow strongly, thanks to
dominant international trends. With the Cleantech Finland membership, Incap
profiles itself among the top Finnish companies in the field."

"As a contract manufacturer, Incap does not have its own product brands, but we
are strongly involved in the supply chain for international top products, and
many of the Cleantech Finland network companies are our customers. Among other
things, we manufacture and design for our customers electric appliances
promoting the efficient distribution and use of energy. One of the latest
customer projects is designing an advanced recharging device for an electric car
in India."

"Networking under the Cleantech Finland brand opens new channels for us to
market our services internationally, as the network operates in more than 40
countries. We can further utilise the positive image of the Cleantech Finland
brand in our own communication and in strengthening our own visibility."

As a responsible company, Incap takes the principles of sustainability into
account in its own operations. Thus, the profitability and competitiveness of
the company are improved in balance with the environment and the requirements of
various stakeholders. As a sign of this, all Incap's plants in Finland, Estonia,
and India have certifications in accordance with the ISO 14001:2004
environmental standard.

To promote its business within the cleantech technologies, Incap also
participates in the Clean Future Fund capital fund. Incap offers manufacturing
services and internationalisation support for technology companies that the fund
invests in and that are marketing, for instance, applications related to the
utilisation of solar energy, wind power, and other renewable energy sources, as
well as product solutions promoting energy efficiency.
