ELINA LIIPPOLA APPOINTED AS CFO OF INCAP GROUP

Ms. Elina Liippola, M.Sc. (Econ), (b. 1960) has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the member of management team of Incap Group as from 1 January 2017.

Elina Liippola has solid experience in the management of finance and administration in listed technology companies. She has worked previously since 2007 at Componenta Oyj among others as Director, Business Controlling, Finance Director of Componenta Turkey and Business Controller of Foundry Division and also Operations Finland.  In years 1998-2007 she has held different positions at Elcoteq SE as Financial Manager and Operations Controller of Global Operations, among others.

Along with the expansion of its operations Incap is giving up the oursourced services in the management of finance and administration, and the related cooperation contract with Kaisa Kokkonen at Akeba Oy will expire after a transition period. Tilistar Oy continues acting as Incap's financial department.
