ANNOUNCEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10, OF THE SECURITIES MARKET
ACT ON A CHANGE IN HOLDINGS (FINNISH INDUSTRY INVESTMENT LTD.)

After the subscriptions of the directed share issue and the registration of the
new shares of Incap, the holdings of Finnish Industry Investment Ltd. of Incap
Corporation's shares will exceed 10%.

Issuer of shares: Incap Corporation, business ID FI0608849-6

Shareholder: Finnish Industry Investment Ltd., business ID FI1007806-3

Date of the change in holdings: 30 September 2010 (date of approval of
subscriptions)

New share of Finnish Industry Investment Ltd. of Incap Corporation's shares and
votes: 2,185,509 shares i.e. 11.7% after the registration of the new shares.

Incap Corporation has today a total of 14,180,880 shares entitling to an equal
amount of votes. After the registration of the new shares, Incap has a total of
18,680,880 shares.
