Meet our team: Magdaléna Banasová from Incap Slovakia

Let’s meet one of our team members from Incap Slovakia! Magdaléna Banasová is a Team Leader at our Námestovo factory. Read more about her background, her journey at Incap, and some other interesting facts!

Magdaléna has been working at Incap Slovakia for almost five years now. Despite having a background in seamstress work, she has tried other jobs of a completely different focus. At Incap she started as a Production Operator, then became a Technical Operator and is currently a Team Leader.

According to Magdaléna, her experience working for Incap has been different from her previous jobs, especially thanks to the people she works with. She feels valued in the company, not just financially, but also in terms of the possibility of advancement at work. Magdaléna is happy with her job at our Námestovo factory, which she considers her second home. She enjoys working there and is grateful for the positive atmosphere in the workplace.

Her job at Incap allows Magdaléna to devote more time to her family. She is able to spend time with her three children and pursue her hobbies, such as gardening, folklore, and social activities. This work-life balance is something that she values greatly and appreciates in her job.
