Maria Papanova: Experienced Quality Manager at Incap Slovakia
Let’s meet one of our team members from Incap Slovakia! Maria Papanova is our dedicated Quality Manager at our factory in Slovakia. With her wealth of experience and expertise, Maria plays an important role in maintaining the highest standards of quality at our facility.
When Maria joined Incap (then AWS-Slovakia) on the 1st of May 2011, she became part of a small company with just 62 employees, including top management. At that time, the factory consisted of 2 Surface Mount Technology (SMT) lines, 1 Plated Through-Hole (PTH) line, and 1 assembly line. It was a close-knit community, and Maria personally knew each and every employee. This allowed for individualised interactions with both employees and customers. Almost every step of the production process was carried out manually during those early years.
Over the years that Maria has worked at the factory, significant changes have taken place. The implementation of various Quality systems (Quality, Medical, Automotive, Environment, and Health and Safety) has been a notable improvement. The level of automation has increased, with the introduction of state-of-the-art machines into the production process. To ensure the highest level of proficiency, rigorous training programs have been implemented, focusing on both technical skills and personal development. Additionally, the company has introduced a comprehensive social policy to benefit its employees.
One of the most interesting and valuable changes that have occurred in terms of the development of the factory is the transformation of the production portfolio. Previously focused on easy assembly, the factory has shifted towards producing high-value products. This shift has allowed Incap Slovakia to excel in more complex and sophisticated manufacturing processes.
