Madhusudhan brings over 30 years of experience in PCB and PCBA manufacturing and sales to his role, backed by a solid background in mechanical engineering. His wealth of knowledge and expertise make him a crucial asset to Incap India, where he leads the charge in project management and customer acquisition.

Having found his way to Incap through professional networks and recommendations from friends in the same field, Madhusudhan has been an integral part of our family.

What Madhusudhan values most about working at Incap is the family feel. This creates a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and mutual support.

In his free time, he is a hiker and enjoys the physical and mental challenges that come with it. Additionally, he finds joy in playing badminton, combining fitness with recreation to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
