Let’s shine a spotlight on one of our team members at Incap Estonia, Toomas Kirs, who serves as our NPI (New Product Introduction) Project Manager. Get to know more about his educational background, career journey, and his life beyond the workplace.
Toomas’s educational path led him from Saaremaa Ühisgümnaasium to Kuressaare Vocational School (CNC Wood Processing Center Operator) and eventually to Tallinn University of Technology where he studied Product Development and Production Engineering.
With a background as a CAD Engineer at AS Norma, specialising in the design of stamping tools, Toomas brings a wealth of experience to his role at Incap.
Toomas had the idea of returning to Saaremaa on his mind for a while, and when he spotted Incap’s job advertisement, it seemed like the perfect opportunity.
As an NPI Project Manager, Toomas is responsible for overseeing and implementing new product development projects, contributing significantly to Incap’s innovation and growth.
Toomas’s main hobby is recreational fishing, and he recently achieved a milestone by passing the professional fisherman exam. Next year, he plans to dive into net fishing.
Toomas appreciates the motivated and helpful team at Incap, making his work environment not just professionally fulfilling but also enjoyable on a personal level.
