HR and SCM Teams visited Incap India
Incap India had the pleasure of hosting HR and SCM teams from our global units, including representatives from Estonia, Slovakia, the UK, and the US.
The visit kicked off with a welcome from our President & CEO, Otto Pukk, who provided insights into the strategic direction of the Incap Group. He talked about our decentralised management model, highlighted the importance of building a strong company culture, and gave an overview of our key Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
During the visit, the HR team had the opportunity to take a closer look at the operations of Incap India’s HR department. They explored the Occupational Health Centre (OHC) and visited various locations where Incap India is actively contributing to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. These visits offered a firsthand look at the positive impact Incap is making within the local community.
Meanwhile, the SCM team met with the sourcing department and visited some of our key suppliers, gaining insights into our supply chain operations.
Both teams also toured Incap India’s three factories, allowing them to witness the operations in action and gain a deeper understanding of the processes that drive our success.
This visit was a fantastic opportunity for colleagues from different global units to connect and strengthen their collaboration. We look forward to continuing to foster these global relationships and building on the momentum from this successful visit.
