Elevating team spirit at Incap US
Incap US conducted an innovative team-building exercise that has taken the company by storm. The team came together to create a fictional album, “The Sixth Sigma,” under the band name Triple Threat. This creative project was designed to reflect the unique experiences and challenges faced by the team, fostering a sense of unity and collaboration.
After several brainstorming sessions, the team members crafted a series of songs that capture various aspects of their work life. This exercise not only allowed the team to express their creativity but also reinforced the importance of teamwork and effective communication.
