Incap Estonia receives silver-level recognition for mental health advocacy
We are thrilled to announce that Incap Estonia has been awarded the silver-level recognition by a mental health focused organisation.
This recognition highlights the company’s commitment to prioritise the mental well-being of its employees and take proactive measures to ensure their mental health is well taken care of.
As participants in a competition that emphasises mental health awareness, Kristi and Marit, members of the Incap Estonia team, completed the “Mental Health First Aid” training offered by the NGO that organised this competition. While not mental health professionals, these individuals are now equipped to recognise mental health concerns and provide initial support and information.
The recognitions were issued at three levels: gold, silver, and bronze, indicating the level of conscious mental health care in the organisation. Incap Estonia was awarded the silver level, signifying an organisation that values mental health.
The significance of this achievement goes beyond the workplace. It’s a call to action for everyone to be attentive and open about mental health issues. By fostering a workplace culture that encourages dialogue and support, Incap Estonia is setting a positive example for others to follow.
