Meet Epp Jürgensoo, our procurement and sourcing manager at Incap Estonia
Allow us to introduce you to a key member of our Incap Estonia team – Epp Jürgensoo, who holds the role of procurement and sourcing manager. Learn about her background, career journey, and other intriguing details!
Epp has over 15 years of extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, with a special focus on supply chains. Her journey began at Enics, where she started as a purchaser and later transitioned into project procurement. Over the last decade, Epp has been an integral part of the global company HANZA. She has not only played a significant role in sourcing but has also led the sourcing team for the past 5 years.
Epp’s path to Incap was quite coincidental. While she wasn’t actively seeking new opportunities, Epp decided to explore a job search portal, where she came across Incap’s ad. She applied, and within a week the employment contract was signed.
In her role as the procurement and sourcing Manager, Epp’s main responsibilities revolve around leading and developing the procurement and sourcing team. She excels in nurturing supplier relationships, building partnerships, and negotiating terms and contracts. Her expertise lies in elevating sourcing and the supply chain to the next level, with the aim of positioning her team to compete with the global industry leaders.
Beyond her outstanding achievements at Incap, Epp’s personal life is equally fascinating. She’s an active member of the Defense League, where she sharpens her skills and evolves as a disciplined soldier through various training exercises. Additionally, she’s a proud member of the Strategic Rifle Association (SRA), which focuses on tactical shooting. Epp spends her evenings with her adventurous dog, Siiri, whose lively spirit keeps her on her toes.
Epp embodies the spirit of continuous improvement, whether it’s optimising supply chains or refining her marksmanship skills. We consider ourselves truly fortunate to have Epp as part of our Incap Estonia team!
