Incap is dedicated to being a responsible partner in the communities in which it operates. In addition to complying with local laws and regulations, consideration is given to the needs of local stakeholder groups, with an aim to actively contribute to the sustainable development of these societies. The level of support provided to local communities is determined by local circumstances.
Incap Slovakia places a strong emphasis on promoting solidarity and offering assistance to socially and medically disadvantaged citizens as a fundamental aspect of its social responsibility program. The objective is to integrate support for those in need into daily life.
A set portion of income tax has been utilised to bring the idea of promoting solidarity and assistance to life, through support of a local non-profit organisation, Namestovo’s Angel. Eight current and former employees or their family members facing serious illnesses, the consequences of accidents, or adverse social and family circumstances have received support through this partnership. The selection process was carried out in collaboration with the employee council and a total of 2,500 euros were distributed to the fund.
The Managing Director of Incap Slovakia, Miroslav Michalik, in his role as chairman of the work council and representative of Namestovo’s Angel, personally visited the recipients to express the company’s willingness to provide support. This personal touch is believed to have brought additional positivity to the recipients’ lives.
