Meet the team: Biju M K from Incap India
Let’s meet one of our team members from Incap India! Biju M K is our Assistant Project Manager at Incap’s factories in India. We are excited to introduce our team members from different factories and this time we are introducing Biju from India!
Biju has 19+ years of experience in the electronics industry. Before joining Incap he worked at Elcoteq Bangalore-India for 5 years as Incoming Quality Control. Biju has a diploma in Electronics and communication.
“I kept thinking about being part of the Incap family in my previous job. I had heard a lot about Incap working culture which indeed gives you the opportunity to learn more about innovative processes, which I feel is not given in any other industry,” said Biju. “Also, Incap was located close to my home and that meant I could spend more time with my family alongside my career growth. I got a job opportunity at Incap through a colleague and finally my dream was fulfilled,” he added.
Before recently becoming the Assistant Project Manager, Biju was the QA leader at Incap and was responsible for handling Quality related issues and NPI (New product introduction). He was also supporting customers with product reliability tests, alternates, and product design improvements. Biju was a core member to introduce a few major traceability aspects in raw materials which are received. “Now our major focus is on 5s which we are on track to streamline effectively,” said Biju.
Outside of work Biju likes to spend time with his friends. He also loves to travel a lot to glance at the beauty of nature. Most importantly he enjoys spending time with his family.
