Meet the team: Financial Manager Lubos Kurcina from Incap Slovakia

Let’s meet one of our team members from Incap Slovakia! Ľuboš Kurčina is our Financial Manager at the factory in Slovakia.

We are excited to introduce our team members from different factories and this time we are introducing Ľuboš from Slovakia! He is responsible for all finance related activities, financial controlling, creating financial reports, and also building and managing the finance team.

Ľuboš has graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava with a degree in Finance, Banking and investing. During his career, Ľuboš has worked for several companies, such as Accenture s.r.o. In Bratislava, Paderteg s.r.o. in Nižná, Visteon Electronics Slovakia s.r.o. in Námestovo, Hella Slovakia Signal-Lighting s.r.o. in Bánovce nad Bebravou, and Apiagra s.r.o. in Zubrohlava.

He found his way to Incap while searching for new opportunities and challenges. “I searched for strong international companies in our region with potential of growth, where I would get experience in many aspects of Finance and where I would have a chance to be part of a creative and ambitious team,” said Ľuboš. At work he is very methodical, reliable and cooperative. He and his team are always looking for better ways to achieve their goals. “We as a team would like to set up all standard finance processes and our ERP system according to our needs to be able to provide accurate, transparent and quick information to other departments,” he added.

Ľuboš is a positive, energetic and confident person. He has a family, so he likes to spend his free time with them. He also likes active sports such as jogging, swimming, cycling, football, hockey and snowboarding, for which there are great options in Slovakia.
