Anti’s summer internship at Incap Estonia
Let’s meet the summer interns of our Incap Estonia factory in Kuressaare! Anti is studying at the Pärnumaa Vocational Education Centre in order to become an electronics assembly technician. He is one of those young people who is spending his summer internship at Incap Estonia, the largest electronics factory in Saaremaa.
Although our factory has large and powerful automated equipment and production lines, basic skills need to be honed first. Therefore, Anti’s task is to manually solder components to printed circuit boards. According to Anti, there is still much to learn, even though the first weeks of the internship have already taught him many new skills – for example, tips on how to use the hot air soldering station better than before.
Our whole team wishes Anti a successful internship and we hope more young people will find their way to the electronics industry and our factory!
