Main responsibilities
- Maintain and support the Quality Management System
- Lead Auditor certifications to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and NQA-1 Standards for internal and external auditing support
- Support continual process improvement activities
- Lead problem-solving teams and root-cause analysis
- Utilize and maintain SPC control charts and data analysis, etc.
- Perform Defect and Yield Analysis
- Interface with customers and suppliers as needed
- Coordinate the activities of the Quality staff and Inspection Department
- Maintain compliance with IPC-A-610 standard
- Performs related duties as required or assigned within the job classification
REQUIREMENTS
- B.S. in Industrial or Electrical Engineering or related field
- Must be hands-on and possess high attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and root-cause analysis
- Strong knowledge of statistics, Six Sigma, and/or Lean Manufacturing preferred
- Good verbal, and written communication, prioritization, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 QMS requirements preferred
