Main responsibilities
- Engineering liaison in support of assigned customers
- Interface with Customer Engineering on various technical issues
- Program the manufacturing equipment utilizing applicable software(s)
- Generate and maintain product-specific manufacturing instructions
- Support “new” projects/business transitioning to Incap as assigned
- Work with various departments within the organization to resolve technical issues for assigned product lines
- Participate in supplier/vendor selection and evaluation
- Research and selection of capital equipment
- Prepare new labor estimates and review existing labor quotes
- Initiate and/or participate in quality improvement activities utilizing various statistical methods
- Performs related duties as required or assigned within the job classification
REQUIREMENTS
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Must be hands-on and possess a high attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Good verbal and written communications, prioritization, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
- Knowledge of Through Hole and SMT Assembly is helpful
