INCAP'S ANNUAL REPORT, AUDITOR'S REPORT AND CORPORATE GOVERNANCE STATEMENT PUBLISHED
Incap Group's annual report for 2014 has been published in Finnish and in English attached to this release and on the company's website at www.incap.fi/Media/Annual report. The annual report includes the report of the Board of Directors, consolidated financial statements and the parent company's financial statements as well as the auditor's report for the financial period 1 January-31 December 2014.
Auditor's report
Without adjusting its statement, the auditor wants to draw attention to the issues described in the report of the Board of Directors and in notes to financial statements of the company's financing and sufficiency of working capital. According to the cash flow forecast, the company's working capital is not sufficient for the needs of next 12 months. The factors in the report of the Board of Directors and in the notes to the financial statements indicate essential uncertainty which may give a significant reason to doubt the company's ability to continue operations.
