Meet the team - Venkatesh T K from Incap India

Let’s meet one of our team members from Incap India! Venkatesh T K is our General Manager of Production and Testing at Incap’s factories in India.

We are excited to introduce our team members from different factories on our intranet and this time we are introducing Venkatesh from India! He is in charge of production and testing in the Domestic and Exports plants. In addition he is responsible for the canteen.

Venkatesh has a diploma in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Operation Management. He has 32+ years of experience in the electronics sector, out of which he spent 17+ years in various departments in TVS electronics. In 2007 he transferred from TVS to Incap.

“We are growing year after year and it is challenging for us to work and execute customers’ orders on time. In 2021 we grew 100% in spite of the COVID situation. This kind of growth gives extra motivation to implement innovative ideas on the production floor to fully fill the customer demand,” said Venkatesh.

In his free time, Venkatesh’s passion is cooking and outing. He likes to try new dishes and spend time with his family and friends. During long holidays, he likes to take trips to explore new places and understand and experience their culture. He also enjoys watching cricket.
