Meet the team: Štefan Jagnesák, Foreman at Incap Slovakia
Let us introduce you to Štefan Jagnesák, our experienced Foreman at Incap Slovakia, working in Hall 2 – Magna. His career path reflects both technical expertise and strong leadership skills built over many years in different industries.
Štefan graduated from the Secondary Industrial School of Electrical Engineering in 1982. After completing his mandatory military service, he joined ZVT Námestovo in the Vak department, where he worked as a designer and developer until 1990. Following this, he took on the role of Maintenance Manager and Power Engineer at Drevoindustria, and later, from 2016, gained further experience in the automotive sector as a Quality Controller.
When looking for new opportunities, Štefan came across a vacancy for a foreman position at AWS in Námestovo on Profesia.sk. After a phone and in-person interview, he was offered the role – a change he welcomed, especially since his previous job required demanding 12-hour shifts. Drawing on his earlier leadership experience, including managing a team of 30 people, Štefan quickly adapted to his new responsibilities. Today, he makes use of this background in his daily work at Incap, leading his team with fairness and respect. He believes that a correct and supportive approach towards colleagues and superiors creates a positive and productive atmosphere, something his team values and reciprocates.
Outside of work, Štefan enjoys spending time with his family and being in nature. He also has a keen interest in history, particularly World War II.
We are proud to have Štefan Jagnesák as part of the Incap Slovakia team and appreciate the experience and leadership he brings to his role.
