Meet the team: Rebecca Smith, Stores Supervisor at Incap UK

Let us introduce you to Rebecca Smith, our Stores Supervisor at Incap UK. Rebecca has been part of Incap for almost 20 years, bringing extensive experience from different areas of the company.

Rebecca joined Incap UK in December 2005, starting in the wiring systems area. Over the years, she has worked in several departments, progressed to senior operator, and later stepped into a supervisor role. Her journey with Incap began after she was made redundant from her previous job and was given the opportunity to take a trade test, which led her to join the company.

In her current role, Rebecca supervises the stores team, uses the visual system to monitor stock levels, takes part in audits, and works closely with customers and colleagues across the site.

For Rebecca, the biggest highlight of working at Incap has been the people. During her time here, she has also celebrated important moments in her personal life, including getting married and having her daughter, which makes her long connection with the team especially meaningful.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys making people laugh, spending time with her husband and daughter, organising games nights, and going shopping.
