Meet the team: Amanda Vinosky, Production Supervisor at Incap US
Let us introduce you to Amanda Vinosky, our dedicated Production Supervisor at Incap US. Amanda has been with the company for nearly four years and her journey here is an example of growth and perseverance.
Before joining Incap, Amanda worked at a local restaurant called Fiddles for 20 years, where she held the position of Manager and Cook. In 2021, encouraged by a friend already working at Incap, she decided to take on a new challenge and joined as a Material Handler. Thanks to her adaptability and motivation, she soon advanced to a higher position in Staging, and by late 2022, she had transitioned to the role of SMT Operator. Her dedication and leadership skills led her to become the lead of her crew in 2024.
Earlier this year, Amanda embraced another opportunity when she accepted the position of Production Supervisor for the Omni/Sonix (Sensus) department. Today, she leads a skilled and committed team that takes pride in producing quality products and meeting customer expectations. Reflecting on her path, Amanda describes her journey at Incap as “full circle” – from learning about materials and parts, to working hands-on in production, to now overseeing the final product with her crew. She strives to keep her team motivated with a balance of fun and professionalism while ensuring the highest quality for customers.
What Amanda enjoys most about her role is working with people. As a true people person, she loves connecting with her team and colleagues across the company, making work both productive and enjoyable.
Outside of Incap, Amanda’s life is full of family, sports, and pets. She shares her home with her fiancé Jeff, her son Bentley, her daughter Bella, their Doberman Apollo, and two cats, Fleury and Oreo. Much of her free time is spent at baseball and softball practice with Bentley and Bella, whose sports schedules keep the family busy year-round. A passionate Steelers fan, Amanda also loves watching NFL games and tries to attend at least one game each season with Jeff.
