Meet Tatjana Koit: our Quality Control at Incap Estonia
Introducing Tatjana Koit, a Quality Control professional at Incap Estonia, whose journey to the role is as unique as her diverse set of skills and interests.
After completing high school in Saaremaa, Tatjana ventured to Tallinn to study floristry, knowing well that she would eventually return to her home island to start a family. Today, she is a proud mother of three, happily embracing the life she envisioned.
Tatjana’s professional background is rich and varied. Alongside her experience as a florist, she has worked as an accountant, a salesperson, a product specialist in commerce, and even spent several years as a taxi driver. However, it was her role at Ionix Systems OÜ, a company producing wiring for the aerospace industry, that she found most fulfilling. After dedicating eleven years to warehouse work, she felt drawn to new challenges, with quality assurance catching her interest. When Incap was seeking a new quality control expert, Tatjana didn’t hesitate to apply, attracted by the company’s family-friendly values and commitment to employee health and well-being.
Tatjana was warmly welcomed into Incap, and after being part of this dynamic team for six months, she confidently asserts that quality assurance is indeed her area of expertise. Her primary responsibility involves inspecting incoming goods to ensure they meet the precise requirements specified in the designs. Colleagues have noted that she has found her true calling, as her patient nature is perfectly suited to meticulous quality control. While there is still much to learn, Tatjana looks forward to applying her keen eye to the finished products, aiming to maintain and earn client trust through high-quality outputs.
Outside of work, Tatjana is passionate about travelling, rally racing, and Latin American rhythms. Most of her time outside of work is dedicated to her family, especially her youngest daughter, Meribel, aged five. They enjoy walks in the forest and putting puzzles together, cherishing these simple yet precious moments.
