Before her career at Incap Slovakia, Janka Jurigova navigated the world of telecommunications. For nine years, she worked in the service and sales of telephones. Her journey took a turn when she was given the opportunity to buy the company, becoming its proud owner for the subsequent five years. This entrepreneurial venture instilled in her invaluable lessons on business management, shaping her approach to work for years to come.
After fourteen years in telecommunications, Janka felt the call to explore new horizons and embrace fresh challenges alongside unfamiliar faces. It was this spirit of curiosity and determination that led her to join the ranks of Incap Slovakia as a production operator. As time progressed, she transitioned to roles in X-ray operations, wave soldering, and selective soldering, each adding depth to her expertise. Eventually, her journey within the company led her to the role of quality controller, followed by her elevation to the position of production team leader.
Janka views her role as a production team leader with a blend of respect and enthusiasm, recognizing the diverse demands it presents. Drawing upon her wealth of experience from previous roles, she navigates the challenges with confidence, striving always to maintain a positive outlook. For her, a cheerful team and a supportive work environment are essential ingredients for fostering quality workmanship.
One of the aspects Janka appreciates most about Incap Slovakia is the emphasis on career development and the vibrant social life of the company. There are a lot of opportunities for growth, and the company actively fosters a sense of community through various social and corporate events.
Outside the professional world, Janka’s interests paint a picture of an active and engaged individual. She finds joy in exploring the scenic landscapes of Orava through hiking. Additionally, for the past eight years, she has dedicated herself to regular hardening training.
Amidst her busy schedule, Janka always prioritises spending quality time with her three children and her cherished granddaughter, Alžbetka, whose presence brings immense happiness to her life.
