Let’s take a moment to get to know one of the members of our Incap Estonia team – Õnnely Järveots, our office manager. Let’s take a glimpse into her educational journey, career, and some personal aspects!
Before starting at Incap, Õnnely specialised in customer service. She worked for 4 years in an office supplies store and then chose to study business management. However, life took a beautiful turn as she devoted the last few years to being a loving stay-at-home parent to her 3-year-old daughter. Alongside, she engaged in marketing for a small café, where she also did some baking when it was needed.
The path to Incap was paved with a desire to rejoin the workforce. Spotting a job advertisement from Incap, she took a leap of faith and applied. During her very first job interview, a strong resonance with the team assured her that this was the perfect fit.
In her role as the office manager at Incap, Õnnely orchestrates the smooth flow of information within the office, ensuring that everyone can operate efficiently. She describes herself as the silent force behind the scenes. Her responsibilities span from organising hotel and flight reservations to coordinating guest receptions, guaranteeing that all essential resources are readily available. Additionally, she partners with the HR manager to manage various events and training sessions for the team.
Outside of the professional realm, her main source of joy revolves around her precious daughter. Together, they revel in visits to playgrounds, cooking adventures, nature walks, and the simple joy of playful moments. Cooking holds a special place in her heart, and cooking with her daughter amplifies the joy. Family is at the centre of her world.
Reflecting on her experience at Incap, Õnnely expresses profound satisfaction and gratitude. The warm and close-knit work community at Incap has left an indelible mark, providing a supportive setting that accommodates her role as a parent. She especially appreciates the shared sense of humour within the team.
