Meet Anita Mäetalu: our Sales Support Specialist at Incap Estonia
We are happy to introduce Anita Mäetalu, our Sales Support Specialist at Incap Estonia. Anita has been an integral part of our team since 2018, bringing with her a diverse background and experience.
Anita’s journey began in 2017 after graduating from high school. She pursued studies in Production and Manufacturing Management at Tallinn University of Applied Sciences. At that time, Anita had no direct exposure to the manufacturing world, but she was drawn to the interesting curriculum, and specialists in this field were in high demand.
Anita’s connection with Incap started in 2018 when she embarked on her first internship. Originally planning to gain experience in various manufacturing companies during her internships, Anita found herself completing all her practical training at Incap. Her final thesis was also conducted within the company. After graduating, Anita returned to Saaremaa and commenced her career at Incap. She spent two years working as a Production Planner and has been serving as a Sales Support Specialist since August 2023.
As a Sales Support Specialist, Anita manages and schedules customer needs, responds to sales inquiries, oversees product and service management, and handles invoicing and reporting tasks.
Anita has been a valuable asset to Incap, and her dedication and hard work have not gone unnoticed. Her transition from a production-focused role to sales support showcases her adaptability and commitment to professional growth.
Outside of work, practically all of Anita’s energy is dedicated to dance. She is a cheerleading coach, training girls aged 7-11 and 12-19 at the Saaremaa Cheerleaders sports club. Anita has also taken on the role of a board member for Saaremaa Cheerleaders. In addition to coaching, she is an active dancer in the Saaremaa Cheerleaders show group.
Reflecting on her journey, Anita expresses gratitude to Incap for being a strong support in her higher education and entry into the professional landscape. She is thankful for the opportunities and experiences gained during her time with the company. Anita Mäetalu truly embodies the spirit of dedication and passion within the Incap team.
