Let’s meet one of our team members from Incap Corporation. As an Executive Assistant, Laura Oks is providing comprehensive administrative support to the group’s CEO, CFO and the management team. Read more about her background and other interesting facts!
Laura joined Incap’s team in June 2023. Her responsibilities encompass a wide spectrum of tasks that are crucial for maintaining the organisational workflow. From organising and maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, and facilitating travel arrangements for the team in Incap’s headquarters and management to skillfully handling email communications and ensuring timely follow-ups on tasks, Laura’s role is integral to the operational success of the company.
In fact, Laura is a multi-talented individual who has ventured into a multitude of diverse fields. In her previous role as a photographer, she skillfully depicted stories for Estonia’s leading newspapers. But don’t be surprised when you see her with a camera today as well, as her passion for capturing moments remains undiminished. Presently, she continues to contribute to the Estonian National Broadcasting by filming various shows.
Additionally, she has excelled in HR responsibilities, assisting individuals worldwide in their transition to work and live in Estonia. Deeply passionate about volunteer work, Laura wholeheartedly engaged in supporting Ukraine during the onset of the Ukrainian war, collaborating alongside fellow Estonians.
As an ardent animal lover, Laura’s dedication to animals finds expression through her Instagram page, @dogsoftallinn. Moreover, her enthusiasm for adventure manifests through her newfound passions in disc golf and kitesurfing, exemplifying her penchant for embracing challenges beyond her professional sphere.
