Kaspar’s summer internship at Incap Estonia

Let’s meet Kaspar, who is having his summer internship at our Incap Estonia factory! Kaspar is studying at the Pärnumaa Vocational Education Centre in order to become an electronics assembly technician. He first heard about Incap when he came on a study tour to our Kuressaare factory with his class. “It seemed like a good place to work during the summer,” he described.

Kaspar just started out his internship and his main task so far has been soldering off faulty components from printed circuit boards. He has already learned some tips on how to use the hot air soldering station better than before. Kaspar believes that he will definitely find more exciting things to learn at the Incap factory during his internship!
