As a IT Strategic Lead, You will perform a key role in leading IT solutions in Group. You will be responsible of building and driving the IT strategy and take responsibility for IT processes development across the different sites. We offer flexibility to create and design the best approach!
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analyse organization’s business process and the IT systems, evaluate the functionality of existing solutions;
- Lead and compile the development and implementation of IT strategy and help achieve the business targets in most effective way;
- Building strong relationships with managers and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between units;
- Evaluate future business requirements and offer relevant IT-solutions;
- Consult management and factories upon the development and implementation of new solutions.

REQUIREMENTS
- At least five years of successful managing experience in IT operations in an international production company;
- A definite plus is if You have relevant educational background;
- You have excellent business understanding and solution-oriented approach;
- For fruitful work You should have high level of activity and commitment;
- You are proactive and independent;
- You are happy to roll Your sleeves up when needed;
- The role requires fluency in English and readiness to travel internationally.
