Incap Slovakia celebrates success of dual education graduates

Incap Slovakia proudly continues its collaboration with the Ignác Gessay Secondary Industrial School in Tvrdošín, as another group of dual education students successfully completed their practical graduation exams.

This year marked the third time such exams were held at Incap Slovakia. The students were tasked with demonstrating that they had acquired the practical skills necessary to operate in a real production environment by producing a specific product on the line. Their knowledge and abilities were assessed by an examination committee consisting of school representatives and teachers from other institutions.

All students received excellent marks, confirming not only their personal effort but also the effectiveness of the dual education model. Throughout their two-year program, the students spent two days each week working on Incap Slovakia’s Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) lines, gaining hands-on experience and contributing meaningfully to real production tasks.
