Incap India celebrates service milestones and Kaizen Award winners
Incap India recently marked an important moment by recognising long-term dedication and the people driving continuous improvement across the organisation. The event brought together service awards and the Kaizen Awards 2025, highlighting both commitment over the years and ideas that create real, measurable impact.
A special acknowledgement was given to T K Venkatesh, GM – Production & Testing, who celebrated an impressive 35 years of service. His long-standing contribution reflects deep expertise, consistency, and leadership that have played a key role in shaping Incap India’s production and testing operations.
The 10-year service milestone was reached by Sunil HM, Senior Executive, and Harshitha B L, Assistant Manager – Procurement. Their journeys at Incap India stand as examples of professional growth, reliability, and dedication to building strong teams and processes over time.
Alongside service milestones, Incap India recognised colleagues behind continuous improvement initiatives through the Kaizen Awards 2025. These awards honour team members whose ideas have delivered clear, quantifiable benefits to the company. Based on Kaizen points and measurable results, the selection process focuses on practical innovation and real value creation.
This year, special recognition was given for high cost-saving suggestions as well as for contributors who submitted the maximum number of improvement ideas. Together, these achievements demonstrate how everyday observations and well-thought-out proposals can lead to meaningful improvements in efficiency, cost management, and overall performance.
The Kaizen Awards are about recognising excellence in action and reinforcing a culture where everyone is encouraged to think critically, suggest improvements, and contribute to Incap’s long-term success.
