Incap India: a year focused on health, prevention and well-being
Throughout 2025, Incap India placed strong emphasis on employee health and preventive care through a wide range of initiatives led by the Occupational Health Centre (OHC). Under the guidance of Dr. Rakesh, Senior Medical Officer, the OHC organised regular medical consultations, awareness sessions, screening programmes and health check-ups for both employees and trainees.
The year began with comprehensive annual health check-ups, ensuring early detection and follow-up where needed. Over the following months, several specialist consultation camps were held at the Incap India premises. These included dermatology consultations led by Dr. Chethan, vascular health and varicose vein awareness sessions with Dr. Bhaskar M V, and urology consultations conducted by Dr. Mahesh M.
Women’s health was a consistent focus area during the year. Gynaecology and obstetrics consultation camps were organised with specialists including Dr. Thejashwini and Dr. Kavya Kirthi H S, complemented by dedicated sessions on women’s health and hygiene led by Dr. Rajani S.
Mental and lifestyle health were also addressed. A stress management session facilitated by Dr. Keerthi Sundar G S supported awareness of mental well-being, while a programme on common gastrointestinal disorders was delivered by Dr. Suresh Babu D. Orthopaedic consultations with Dr. Keerthi Shivalingaiah helped employees address musculoskeletal concerns related to both work and everyday life.
Preventive initiatives were reinforced through blood donation camps, instant HbA1c monitoring demonstrations supporting diabetes awareness, and regular calibration activities linked to occupational health standards. In addition, first aid training conducted by Malavika strengthened on-site readiness and safety awareness.
The year concluded with another round of annual health check-ups, reflecting Incap India’s consistent approach to health monitoring across the year. Taken together, these activities highlight Incap India’s long-term commitment to employee well-being, prevention and access to expert medical advice as part of a safe and supportive working environment.
